Anonymous: Hey i follow your tumblr for a while now and I really love !!! I have a little problem, I never eat fruits cause it makes me sick. I'm trying to loose weight and I don't know what food I should eat because every where people say that I have to stop eating chocolate or things like that and replace it with fruits ... What am I supposed to do?

Hiii! Don’t listen to these people! If you have problems with fruits, don’t eat it! Maybe you don’t know, but the chocolate has a lot of healthy benefits (look here and here). 

Some snacks you can eat:

  • Yoghurt
  • Carrots
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Popcorn
  • Crackers
  • Skim Milk

Hiiii! I have the same problem! I suggest you to eat a lot of fiber and wholemeal food. Also drink at least 2 L of water per day and try some lemon detox water! Also, THIS is a good workout and I’m searching something else for you ;)) Good work! :)
